Standard Ground (US Domestic)


We use the most efficient and reliable shipping carriers: UPS and USPS.

Standard Ground delivery takes about 4 to 8 business days.

Orders under 50 pounds will be shipped at a low cost flat rate automatically calculated at checkout (for domestic, APO, FPO and DPO).

For packages that weigh 50 pounds or more, actual-cost postage as determined by our shipping carriers will be applied if needed. Since we work with many commerical freight carriers, we'll provide you the best shipping rate on large bolts order.

International (Outside of US)


We accept international order and order
originating from U.S. Territories, HI, AK, APO/FPO addresses will be shipped by U.S. Mail. Shipping is based on the weight of the package. Actual shipping will not show up during checkout. Once you submit the order, we will calculate the weight of your order and apply the USPS actual shipping to your total. If you need to be confirmed with shipping, please note in the comment box, we will email you the estimate shipping cost.

What happens after I have submitted my order?

You will immediately receive acknowledgement of your order submittal with a trimfabric - order number as well as a detail confirmation email.
Order will then proceed for packaging.
We will keep you up-to-date by email all the time.

Sometimes if an item you've ordered is out of stock or short of yardage. Our customer service representative will inform you by e-mail. Therefore, reply us asap if you would like to substitute for another item(s) or we can ship out the rest of the items in your order.
If you're paying via debit or credit card, it will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
You will receive a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number once it is being shipped out.




RETURN AN ITEM

You must first send us an email info@trimfabric.com and let us know which item you need to return. We will then email you back with the information you need for a return. Upon receiving your email, we will also send you a confirmation number in order to credit your account for the return.

You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition, no cut. No returns can be accepted after 15 days. The original shipping charge is not refundable. We will credit you in the same manner in which you paid for the purchase. Please allow up to three weeks upon receipt of the returned merchandise for a refund and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
