HOW TO ORDER It’s as easy as 1-2-3! In summary - When you see an item you want, add it to your shopping cart. After you add each item, you will see a list of everything in your cart. When you’ve finished, “check out” as you would in a brick-and-mortar store.

Browse through the exceptional fabrics and trims on our site. When you see an item you want, click on it to see its full description (item page.) On the item page, enter the quantity you want and click Add to Cart. You will see your shopping cart with all the TrimFabric items you selected. If you have more shopping to do, click Keep Shopping. If you are done shopping for now, review the items you have in your cart as well as the quantities. This is the time to add or delete items from your cart or change item quantities. Simply click Update Qty whenever you make a change.

When you are happy with your shopping cart, click Checkout to place your order. In order to receive confirmation of your order as well as order status updates, please enter your email address correctly.

Click Continue, and you will see a final summary of your order. Review all the order information. If you wish to change anything, click on Edit and correct the information. Please review your order again carefully, and when you are satisfied, click SUBMIT ORDER. Follow-up: You will immediately see a message stating that your order has been successfully submitted.

Do you send sample swatches? Yes, we want to make ordering your perfect material as easy as possible. When a swatch is available, you will see a “Buy Swatch Here” button at the bottom right corner of the product detail page. Simply click the button, and you will be taken to a secure shopping cart page.

What is the availability of items? When you are ready to order, we are ready to ship! Every fabric listed on this site is ready to be shipped to you immediately! Sometimes an item you've ordered is out of stock or short of yardage. Our customer service representative will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. Therefore, please contact us asap if you would like to substitute for another item(s). We will ship out the rest of the items in your order unless we have received your request to substitute for individual item(s) in your order.

Will out-of-stock items become available again? We regret to say that due to the exclusive offers, once an item is out of stock, it will not become available again. Therefore, when you come across a fabric that is of extraordinary value and taste, it is our recommendation to purchase it before our inventory is depleted.

May I return a special order wholesale fabric bolt/roll? Yes you may return any special order wholesale fabric bolt/roll, however, shipping is not refundable and most special order items will have a 30% restocking fee.

What is the minimum yardage you will sell or cut? In order to serve all our clients to our best ability, minimum cut is one yard. No minimum order require.
